Our signature Program, the Institute for Social Innovation is a four day fellowship program focused on corporate social innovation, social entrepreneurship, cross-sector partnerships and sustainability. Fellows work with corporate executives, non profit leaders, as well as MBA and graduate school professors on cutting edge innovations.

StartingBloc ensures that its alumni are offered professional development opportunities following the Institute for Social Innovation. The BuildingBloc programs, including one-day workshops and speaker events, are also open to StartingBloc guests and friends.

Following the Institute for Social Innovation, StartingBloc Fellows become Alumni and have the opportunity to join StartingBloc Regional Boards in Boston, New York, Washington DC, and London. These boards organize speaker events, keep alumni connected, recruit new Fellows to Institute, and help StartingBloc build a robust network of individuals passionate about social innovation across sectors.

The StartingBloc network is composed of organizations and individuals are dedicated to advancing the fields of corporate social innovation, social entrepreneurship and sustainability. Our network spans eighty countries, three hundred universities, and over one hundred organizations. It is composed of human rights activists, consultants, marketers, social entrepreneurs, politicians, CEOs, diplomats, investment bankers, educators, and academics.
