StartingBloc offers programs that build the capacity of global leaders and social innovators. While some programs are available only to StartingBloc Fellows, most of our programs are open to all social innovators.

During the Institute for Social Innovation, Candidates for the Fellowship participate in a Social Innovation Case (SIC) challenge competition and choose their own personal blend of economic and social value creation. They learn key skills that all leaders need to be successful in their sector. The Institute is like a boot camp for social innovation.

The All Fellows' Summit is an annual reunion event during which Fellows reconnect in person. StartingBloc Fellows are the greatest resource in our network, and during the Summit Fellows prove this by teaching and learning from each other.

StartingBloc’s Regional Chapters organize regular events and partner with local organizations to connect Fellows and the social innovation community in their regions.
